The JVC Jazz Festival Miami, showcasing live jazz performances over two days this May.
Started in 2000, The JVC Jazz Festival Miami takes place in venues throughout the culturally vibrant music scene of Miami and Miami Beach. Large performances take place at the Carnival Center for the Performing Arts and North Beach Bandshell.
In addition, smaller concerts are presented at various locations around town including the Van Dyke Cafe, and Arturo Sandoval Jazz Club, inside the Deauville Beach Resort. Past performers at the JVC Jazz Festival Miami Beach include George Benson, Jamie Cullum, India.Arie, Tony Bennett, Wayne Shorter, Los Hombres Calientes, Slide Hampton, Bill Charlap, Gato Barbieri, Randy Brecker, Ray Vega, Chris Botti, Karsh Kale, Hilton Ruiz and others.
