Origins : Adelaide Hills
About
Adelaide Hills were among the first areas of South Australia to be settled by Europeans. A region in the Mount Lofty Zone of South Australia, the slopes, the valleys and sub-valleys offer every conceivable aspect of climate and terrain. In the southern part of the region, the cool climate is well suited to Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
