Origins : Clare Valley
About
Planted in the 1840’s, Clare Valley is one of Australia’s oldest and most famous wine regions. Located in the Mount Lofty Zone in South Australian, Clare Valley’s rolling hills produce some of the worlds best Rieslings.
Continental weather, cool to cold nights and warm to hot summer days with good rainfall, red to brown grey with significant limestone, produce robust and strongly structured wines. The Clare Valley also produces fine Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Semillon.
