About

Hilltops is a region in the Southern New South Wales Zone. The region is undulating hills of red duplex and red earths. Hilltops is warm, with a dry ripening season making it well suited for full bodied reds. The area is well known for its Shiraz. Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.
