About

South Burnett is a region in the Queensland Zone. The town of Kingaroy is the centre of the region surrounded by the Blackbutt, Brisbane and Coast Ranges, the Great Divide in the south and the Central Burnett and Burnett Rivers to the North. South Burnett can be described as sub-tropical with long, hot summers and mild winters. The region is suited to Shiraz, Chardonnay and Semillon
